Rates
All prices shown are provided by our partners. Specific prices must be confirmed with individual partners and bookings made direct (or via inbound operator). All rates shown are RACK and subject to an STO commission. To aid you in the selection process, we have used the following icons :
NUMBER OF ROOMS
We have highlighted the number of rooms / tents available at each property. You'll see that Kamili prefers small and intimate, with our largest lodge having only 11 rooms.
LUXURY RATING
Kamili partners all offer stylish and really comfortable accommodation, providing a real Africa experience. We have graded them accordingly, with all being scored from three to five star. Grading a bush camp or mobile safari isn't always easy...but we think you'll agree with our scoring.
GAME VIEWING
To assist you in measuring the game viewing potential of a lodge, we have used the same 1-5 star system. But do remember, certain properties may not be particularly game focused (eg Taita Falcon, at Livingstone, which ironically offers amazing birdlife) but the experience is a totally different one.
COMMUNITY PROGRAMMES
All Kamili partners play an active role in developing and enhancing their local community. Where the lodge plays a major part in Community projects and their guests have the opportunity to view or actively particpate in these initiatives, this has been shown with the inclusion of this icon.
CONSERVATION PROGRAMMES
All Kamili partners have a commitment to eco-tourism and being as environmentally friendly as they can. But at certain properties, their involvement in conservation goes much further. Wherever the guests can see these programmes in action, we have included this icon.
WILDERNESS & REMOTE
We've noticed a growing trend amongst Africa enthusiasts to try places off the beaten track - such as Kafue, Luambe and Saadani etc- before the masses find them. We have highlighted these fabulous alternative destinations with the use of the map icon.
