Keeping in regular contact with your client base is a well recognised tool for building good relationships. Kamili recommends the careful use of a periodical 'newsletter'.
With print production and mailing costs being comparitively high, the most cost-effective method is via email.
Kamili uses a state-of-the-art email system, which employs a template system (allowing fast and easy production of emailers) and also provides comprehensive tracking and analysis. This allows us to see just exactly who is reading the emailers - and can even monitor interest levels.
Using in-house or external resources, Kamili designs and constructs email templates to client approval.
And of course, Kamili will also design and produce printed newsletters, as and when requested.

Content
The content of your emailers is vital. The 'news' must be new, as well as relevant. Will the reader feel enriched by the information you have shared? If so, its worth it!
We spend far longer deciding upon the right content than we do in actually mechanically putting the newsletter together.
Frequency
Newletters can be as frequent or as infrequent as you like - we ususally suggest no more than one per month.. but the content is the driver. As a rule of thumb, if you have something really exciting and relevant to say, then feel free to say it. If you nothing to say this month, then simply don't say anything.
